friendly staff quiet room great breakfast low pressure dusty light fittings firm pillows
the room (superior double room!) was really lovely, and i especially liked how quiet it was. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). the staff were helpful and friendly too.
i did notice a few minor issues. the water pressure in the shower wasn't great. also, i found some dust on the light fittings in my room. finally, the pillows were not very comfy (a bit too firm for my liking).

mediocre stay, some issues with the room
cold shower noisy car park
the reception staff was friendly.
The hot water situation was abysmal. I had a COLD shower even after reporting it. the pillows were NOT comfy. the car park was noisy, i could hear engines CONSTANTLY.

i was upgraded to a superior double room. the room featured a well-stocked tea and coffee station. the room also included complimentary biscuits and bottled water.
the bathroom had a combined shower and bath. the shower pressure was quite weak. the towels felt a little thin and worn.

An Lovely Wedding Experience
helpful grace beautiful suite attentive staff seamless flow
We had our wedding here on 2025-10-10. Grace was helpful from the first inquiry through our wedding day. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I stayed in the suite the night before, it was beautiful AND provided space for everyone to get ready. All the staff were AMAZING and very attentive. They ensured everything flowed seamlessly.
The check-in was a little slow, but this was a minor issue compared to the overall AMAZING experience.

Breakfast includes both continental and hot food options. The coffee machine is great. The restaurant boasts a beautiful ambiance. The chef makes a chowder which is thee best I have ever had!!!
